We treat middle school, high school, and collegiate athletes — typically ages 10 and up. Each treatment plan is customized for the athlete’s level of training and physical maturity.

Does my child need to be injured to benefit?
Not at all. Many of our student athletes come in for injury prevention, mobility improvement, and performance support. Regular care helps avoid overuse injuries and keeps their body in alignment through demanding seasons.

How long will treatment take?
It depends on the athlete's goals and condition. Some athletes come in weekly during their season, while others need just a few sessions to recover from a specific issue. We’ll recommend a plan that makes sense for their needs and schedule.
